Process Improvement

Process improvement is the root of the Lubbock Consulting tree. We feel that for employees to have the best experience at work, and to really impact that bottom line, processes must flow free of bottlenecks and circular handoffs.

Understanding what the root cause of the problem happens to be what we're great at. Without proper identification of the problem, many business owners spend time and money solving problems only to keep seeing the symptom afterward.

Process improvement can be as simple as identifying roles, and as complicated as a complete overhaul of the system. Common process improvements include personnel training, automation software, collaborative software, and sometimes just adding a form or checklist to the mix.
