For 28 years Dan Baze was an industrial and high tech outside sales professional, Regional Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager. Dan has worked in industrial distribution, sales rep agencies, and as a factory direct salesman and manager. He has sold everything from hydraulic hose and fittings to electrical products, automation components, and full custom robotic solutions. He has experience with launching new product offerings, business development, client relationship building, and sales of mature product lines. He has led teams covering up to 11 states and has personally sold in 48 states and 5 European Countries. The basis of his sales career has been in selling value-added and custom needs-based solutions.
In 2017 he opened a successful insurance agency specializing in Ag and Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance. Opening the agency from scratch in a town where he had not resided in 35 years, he has built a thriving business in less than 2 years with solid marketing and sales skills.
